What to Expect
Kristin offers a safe and calming space for harnessing spiritually guided life force energy in the traditional USUI Reiki style. Reiki is well-known for reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and facilitating healing. The term "Reiki" comes from two Japanese words – "Rei," which means “Higher Power,” and "Ki," which stands for “life force energy”. During a session, you will experience a warm, radiant energy that flows through and around you. Reiki addresses the entire being, encompassing the body, emotions, mind, and spirit, leading to various beneficial and sometimes extraordinary outcomes. Additionally, Reiki complements other medical or therapeutic practices by alleviating side effects and supporting the healing process. Private sessions are offered in person at my office in Dulles/Ashburn, VA. *Deposit required to book session. Balance may be paid at time of appointment in Cash or Credit Card.

Should you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We understand that sometimes emergencies arise; should that happen less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please reach out to Kristin directly at Kristin@waveoflights.com ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I will be happy to work with you to reschedule an appointment if you find you are unable to attend. Reschedules should be booked within 2 weeks of the original scheduled date.
