Understanding Reiki
Reiki, derived from "Rei" (Higher Power) and "Ki" (Life force energy), empowers practitioners to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal itself. Stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalances can manifest as physical ailments, and Reiki clears energy blockages to restore harmony.
